Robert Heard is a much-loved member of our team who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for property management to everything he does.
He started his real estate journey back in January 2008 as a receptionist and quickly worked his way up, taking on roles such as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Sales Team, all while lending a helping hand to the Property Management Department.
With over 15 years of experience, Robert’s dedication to property management shines through. He approaches his role with honesty, empathy, and a wealth of knowledge built through years of hands-on experience.
Robert is all about building strong relationships — he works closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure everyone feels supported and heard. His knack for staying organised and handling multiple tasks at once keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
He’s also played a key role in streamlining the way our property management team works by introducing systems and processes that boost efficiency and deliver better outcomes. Thanks to his attention to detail, our landlords enjoy peace of mind knowing their properties are well cared for and continually improving.
